When we buy a piece of clothing, we may care much about what brand makes it because we all think that the clothing produced by the famous brand has high quality. It is obviously true, but have you ever noticed its auxiliary material such as the zipper? We should also pay attention to which brand produces it. RIRI

It is a Swiss brand. The zipper produced by it is the most expensive in the world, with the metal zipper and the water-proof zipper being the best. Most of its metal zippers are made of copper, which is better than the one produced by YKK, an American zipper brand. As for its water-proof zipper, I can say it is the best among all brands. Many brands make water-proof zippers with the traditional technique by spreading a layer of PU adhesive on it, so it can't keep water from seeping through effectively, and the adhesive is easy to fade after a period of time. RIRI creates a new method based on the traditional technique. It produces the zipper with good water-proof ability because the teeth of the zipper can clench tightly on the edges of the clothing which is covered with water-proof adhesive.

Lampo

It is produced in Italy. Many international clothing brands, such as Moncler and Polo, all use Lampo zippers.

Talon

Talon is the famous American zipper brand with the most long-lasting history. During the period of the Second World War, its product nearly had the highest market share, which lasted for a long time. It was the most well-known zipper brand before the 1970's and 1980's. Many garment brands, such as Wal-mart, Levi's, Abercrombie&Fitch and BCBG, etc, like to use its product.

YBS

This brand belongs to Korea. Its price is lower than YKK by 20%. Most European garments producers, such as Wilsons Leather, Andrew Marc, Woolworths and Arcadia Group, etc, all use it.

KEE

This brand is produced by Hong Kong. Some sports brands like Kappa, CK and GUESS, all use this brand.

There are also other numerous zipper brands which are unknown to consumers. These kinds of zippers are only used by some garment producers who produce garments with mediocre quality.
